A meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, June 14^th at 7:00 pm at the Dorchester library. The library is located at 2123 Dorchester Road, Dorchester Ontario.

 The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the distribution of assets – cash and equipment.  Distribution of assets will be done according to the constitution of the Thames Centre Business Association.

ARTICLE 8

8.1 Dissolution: If the Association’s assets exceed its liabilities at the time of dissolution, it shall satisfy all of its debts and obligations and pay its remaining assets over to a non-profit organization centred in Thames Centre.  No membership fees shall be refunded upon dissolution.

The meeting is open to any businesses that were members in 2018 and 2019.  Voting will be limited to former members only (no proxies will be allowed to vote).
